At SASS, we carry out Erasmus+ mobility projects with partner countries, through which we enable staff and student mobility in countries outside the EU.

Cooperation with partner countries (KA171) at SASS enables staff and student mobility in countries outside the EU.
As part of the Erasmus+ cooperation project with partner countries, two staff training mobilities were carried out:

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107 programme, SASS is implementing a mobility project in cooperation with Belarusian State University (BSU), Belarus. The project includes two staff mobilities from the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica to Belarus, as well as one staff member and one student coming from Belarus to Slovenia.

The project includes six staff mobilities from the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica to Lebanon, as well as six staff mobilities from Lebanon to Slovenia.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107 programme, SASS is implementing a mobility project in cooperation with the University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines. The project includes three staff mobilities from the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica to the Philippines, as well as two staff mobilities from the University of the Philippines Diliman to Slovenia.
CURRENT: Application deadline until 30 April 2021 or until funds are exhausted.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107 programme, SASS is implementing a mobility project in cooperation with Gaza University (GU), Palestine. The project includes two staff mobilities from the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica to Palestine, two staff mobilities from Gaza University to Slovenia, as well as two student mobilities from Gaza University to Slovenia.
CURRENT:
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107 programme, SASS is implementing a mobility project in cooperation with MSUPE (Moscow State University of Psychology and Education), Russia. The project includes four staff mobilities from the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica to Russia, and four staff mobilities from MSUPE to Slovenia.

The mobility project is carried out with the financial support of the Erasmus+ KA107 programme.

In September 2015, the School of Advanced Social Studies successfully applied for the KA1 Erasmus+ Call – Learning Mobility of Individuals: Mobility projects in higher education between programme and partner countries (KA107).
Prior to this, SASS established a partnership with the American University of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon, within the ENI South group of partner countries.
Based on the agreement signed between SASS and CMEPIUS, the Slovenian National Agency for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes, the project officially started in February 2016. By the end of the project implementation period, i.e. 31 May 2017, SASS and AUB carried out:
The American University of Beirut (AUB) is one of the most prestigious universities in Lebanon, in the Middle East region, and beyond.
AUB, founded in 1866, bases its educational philosophy, standards and practices on the American liberal model of higher education. As a research-oriented university with approximately 800 employees and 8,000 students, AUB promotes freedom of thought and expression, creative and critical thinking, lifelong learning, personal freedom and social responsibility.
AUB consists of six faculties: the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, the Faculty of Medicine (including the Rafic Hariri School of Nursing), and the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business. SASS cooperates with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
