The objectives of individual mobility are:
- improving learning competences
- increasing employability and job opportunities
- enhancing initiative and entrepreneurship
- boosting self-confidence and self-esteem
- improving language skills
- increasing intercultural awareness
- promoting more active participation in society
- strengthening knowledge of EU projects and EU values
- increasing motivation for further education (formal and non-formal) and training after mobility
The impact of individual mobility is also visible at the institutional level, as it strengthens the institution’s visibility in the environment and contributes to the development of the education system.
