The Faculty of Applied Social Studies (hereinafter FUDŠ) is committed to ensuring that all users have access to the FUDŠ website in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
This accessibility statement applies to the website FUDS.SI.
- Several accessibility features have been systematically implemented on the FUDS.SI website:
- responsive design (layout adapts to screen resolution),
- keyboard navigation (for users who cannot use a mouse),
- appropriate colour contrast between text and background, compliant with WCAG AA standards,
- predictable operation of the website,
- the ability to provide alternative text for images,
- the use of multiple heading levels,
- the option to skip to the main content,
- a clear and consistent page structure and navigation,
- clearly recognizable links.
Compliance level
The FUDS.SI website is partially compliant with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act due to the exceptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
We continuously monitor the accessibility of the FUDS.SI website and improve individual accessibility elements.
Nevertheless, some content does not yet fully comply with the legal accessibility requirements. Certain published content does not meet all accessibility standards due to a disproportionate burden, as defined by the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
Examples of such exceptions include:
- Some images do not have alternative text,
- Scanned documents are not accessible under the ZDSMA requirements.
