- In the Web Office, select Applications and Requests – Submit Request from the left-hand menu.
- Your personal data will be filled in automatically based on your enrolment record.
- Select the type of request and the reason.
- In the Justification field, clearly explain why you are submitting the request.
- Provide and attach all required supporting documents.
- Click Submit Request.
If you do not enter a justification, the system will not allow you to submit the request.
How to check the status of your request
You can view your submitted request at any time under Applications and Requests – View Requests.
- Until the Student Office enters the date of receipt, you can delete the request.
- Once the date of receipt has been entered, deletion is no longer possible.
- The status will change to Submitted Request.
Completing a request
If your request is incomplete, the Student Office will notify you via the Web Office and ask you to provide additional information. You can complete the request under Applications and Requests – View Requests, where you will also see the instructions.
Decision on the request
You will be informed of the decision via the Web Office. The response can be found under Applications and Requests – View Requests.
Instructions for submitting requests
The deadline for submission for consideration at the commission meeting is no later than 3 days before the session (by Thursday at 23:59).
