What do you gain by studying Social Management?

By studying Social Management, you gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead projects and organisations that work in the field of social well-being, address real social challenges, and develop sustainable and innovative solutions.

The programme also enables you to gain practical experience, as it includes work on real cases and collaboration with experts from the field. In the third year, the programme also includes a compulsory professional internship lasting 330 hours.

Upon successful completion of the studies, the graduate obtains a qualification which, together with meeting other legal requirements, allows them to sit the professional examination for work in the field of social welfare.

You will learn how to successfully plan, lead, coordinate, and supervise activities, projects, and teams in non-governmental and public organisations, as well as in the private sector.

Our lecturers are established experts with extensive experience, who incorporate current real-life examples into the teaching process and prepare you for the complex challenges of today’s labour market. The study programme develops key competences for designing and implementing effective initiatives aimed at providing concrete support to individuals and communities.

The part-time study is adapted to the needs of the modern student – it allows you to study at your own pace while successfully balancing your academic obligations with work, family, or other life commitments. It includes the option of distance learning through Study+ and a flexible lecture schedule.

  • Social enterprises and non-governmental organisations – project manager, development manager, activity coordinator.
