For successful project implementation

As the Head of the Project Office, I coordinate the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of national and international projects at our faculty. I ensure the connection between project partners, oversee administrative procedures, and provide support in identifying new development opportunities for the faculty. My aim is to ensure an efficient and transparent project environment, where all participants receive the necessary support and information to successfully carry out projects and contribute to the development of the faculty and the wider community.
