Cancellation of Diploma Certificates and the Procedure for Issuing a Duplicate
In accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 2 of the Publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia Act (ZOUL) (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 83/25), the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica (hereinafter: FUDŠ) publishes notices of cancellation of diploma certificates directly on its website as of March 1, 2026.
If your diploma certificate has been lost, destroyed, or damaged, a formal cancellation procedure for the original document must be completed prior to obtaining an official duplicate diploma.
Procedure for Cancellation and Issuance of a Duplicate Diploma Certificate
Za uspešno izvedbo postopka sledite spodnjim korakom:
STEP 1: Submission of Application and Publication of Cancellation
- Fill out the form Application for Cancellation of Diploma Certificate and Issuance of a Duplicate, sign it, and send it via email to info@fuds.si or by postal mail to the faculty’s official address: Fakulteta za uporabne družbene študije v Novi Gorici, Gregorčičeva ulica 19, 5000 Nova Gorica.
- Upon receipt and review of the application, the public notice of cancellation of your diploma certificate will be published on this webpage.
STEP 2: Payment of Issuance Fee
- Upon receipt of your application, an invoice for the duplicate issuance fee will be sent to you by email. The fee amount is determined by the current SASS price list for the active academic year. Please settle the invoice within the specified payment deadline.
STEP 3: Issuance and Delivery of Duplicate
- Following payment confirmation, FUDŠ will issue the duplicate diploma certificate within a maximum of 60 days. The duplicate will be sent by registered mail to the address provided in your application.
Cancellation of Diploma Certificates by Year
Official notices of cancellation of diploma certificates published in accordance with ZOUL:
- Year 2026: Currently, no cancellation notices have been published.
