Program Coordination and Academic Procedures

As a Student Affairs Professional and Doctoral Program Coordinator, I ensure the smooth execution of the academic process and provide dedicated support to PhD students throughout their studies. My key responsibilities include coordinating doctoral programs, processing applications for the continuation of studies, and managing the procedures for the Committee for Academic and Student Affairs (KŠŠZ) and the Committee for Scientific Research (KZRD).  I also coordinate the entire thesis process, from the initial topic registration to the final defense. I am proud that my work contributes to an organized, efficient, and accessible academic environment where students can always find assistance and support.
