We are also interested in the consequences this has left on you and whether it has affected your future decisions.

We kindly ask you to answer the questions as honestly as possible, as only then the results can potentially be useful to the legislature with the aim of improving the situation.

The survey is completely anonymous and will not take more than 10 minutes of your time. We sincerely thank you in advance for your help.
