JUST – Joint University And Small And Medium – Sized Enterprises (SME) Training
Project Focus
The JUST project (Erasmus+) addresses the lack of cooperation between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The objective is to realize the "knowledge triangle", foster innovation, and bridge the gap between education and the labor market. The project creates a comprehensive OER (Open Educational Resources) platform, develops training models, and designs curricula tailored to the most in-demand skills, thereby enhancing graduate employability.

Short Project Description

The Project
Cooperation between higher education institutions and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises is widely considered crucial for achieving the “knowledge triangle”, fostering innovation, bridging the skills mismatch, and shortening the transition from education to the labor market.
Implementation Toolkit
The JUST Implementation Toolkit is designed as a comprehensive set of guidelines to integrate and facilitate the replicability of the JUST project beyond the formal timeframe of the project and partnership.
Training
The JUST Training consists of holistic training materials tailored to the most highly sought-after skills that employers demand from graduates.
The Model
The JUST project will reinforce cooperation between higher education institutions and the private sector regarding student employability and their entry into the labor market.
