Project Focus

The LIBYA UP project (Erasmus+ KA2) is focused on capacity building of higher education institutions in Libya and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among the youth. Its primary objective is the establishment of 'Labs of Innovation and Business' for young start-up founders. The project enhances the environment for developing new business ideas and supports economic development in Libya through education and mentorship.
