Andrej Kovačič (1975) Ph.D., has a university degree in economics (UNI Ljubljana), a master’s degree (Humboldt UNI Berlin), and a doctorate in sociology (FUDŠ Nova Gorica). He has worked internationally as a sales manager, director, or consultant for many Slovenian and foreign companies in Slovenia, Germany, and the UK. Within his research and consulting company CEOS d.o.o. has analyzed more than 200 researches. He is supporting more than 30 Slovenian and international companies through consulting and coaching. He collaborates with the internationally recognized scientific journal Innovative Issues and Approaches in Social Sciences (www.iiass.com). He is an author of academic articles, an author of PRO-ACT (PRO-Active Communication Techniques). As a trainer, he does more than 350 hours of training a year. He is an active coach, therapist, and philanthropist.
