Nataša Kobal is the Owner and Founder of IB4SME, a business consulting and training brand that empowers SME owners and decision-makers internationally with the skills and support they need to successfully manage their businesses. As a marketing and international business expert, Nataša believes in creating solutions that accelerate SMEs’ sustainable growth.
 
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in economics, a Master of Science in management and a Doctorate in management at the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska in Koper, Slovenia, with a research in international business and strategic management.
 
As a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager, with over 15 years of diverse industry experience, Nataša has a proven track record in developing effective and integrated marketing strategies, which contribute to companies’ competitiveness and ROI. During the last few years, she is also focused on leading workshops, lectures and presentations from entrepreneurship, management and international business fields, while continuing her research work in international business and attending international academic conferences.
 
Nataša worked for 2 years in Slovenia, 11 years in the United Arab Emirates and 2 years in Poland. In each of these countries she worked on international marketing and business strategies and activities. Speaking six languages (English, Italian, Spanish, Slovenian, Croatian and Polish) fuels her extrovert character by enabling her to effectively communicate with people from multiple cultures.
 
An outstanding team leader and player, with a creative spirit and analytical approach, Nataša is known for initiating processes restructuring and optimisation that result in increased efficiency, productivity, and firm’s profitability.
