Nataša Dernovšček Hafner, Ph.D. She received her master’s degree in 2007 from the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana, and her doctorate in 2015 on the topic of Family-related factors and drug use among adolescents. His research and expertise deals with the health of workers in company restructuring processes, psychosocial risks, burnout, and the motivation of workers for changes that benefit health. At UKC Ljubljana, she introduced supervision groups for healthcare employees, which are led according to a developmental-educational model and are aimed at strengthening the professional competences of the participants. Coordinates psychological support for employees at UKC Ljubljana. She is the author or co-author of several professional and scientific publications.
