Edina Šifrar is a lecturer and assistant in the field of psychosocial counseling. She graduated from the Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security. She completed her master’s degree at the School for Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica. She completed a four-year study in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, which integrates psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioral therapy and is used in the treatment of various mental problems, in organizations, counseling and work in the field of education. In private practice, she offers counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families, and organizes workshops in Ljubljana and Tržič. As a volunteer, she led self-help groups. For several years, she also worked on crisis phone lines to help with mental distress.
