Assoc. prof. dr. Sašo Murtič is a lawyer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, Master of Laws at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana, Doctor of Sociological Sciences at the Faculty of Applied Social Studies in Nova Gorica, retired from the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia with the title of Secretary. He started teaching at colleges and universities, namely in the academic year 1999/2000, where he taught the subjects Introduction to Law, Economic Law and Property, today he teaches the subjects Economic and Labor Law, Fundamentals of Law in Logistics, Knowledge Management and Intellectual Property, Public safety of citizens, Theory of organization, Sustainable transport and environmental protection, Infrastructure in logistics and urbanization of transport, Intelligent systems in logistics and much more. He is currently elected to the permanent title of associate professor in the field of “Logistics” and “Law” and lectures at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering in Novi Mesto, the Faculty of Information Studies in Novi Mesto, the Faculty of Applied Social Studies in Nova Gorica, the University of Logistics and management of Arema, Rogaška Slatina and Baltazar Polytechnic in Zaprešić, Republic of Croatia. His research area is legal, organizational, logistical and sociology, he has participated in many national and international scientific and professional conferences, he has several published scientific and professional articles, published scientific and professional monographs and textbooks, the entire publications can be seen in COBISS and SICRIS. A large number of students at various faculties and colleges received their bachelor’s and master’s degrees from him, and he is also a mentor for doctoral studies. In his work, he helps students a lot in their creative and research work and learning.
