Curriculum Vitae:

Tamara Besednjak Valič graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana in 2006, and obtained her master’s degree in 2008 from the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica, where, in 2014 she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “Designing the economic-social field of tourism tourism and its impacts on the favorable balance between the benefits and costs of gambling in the country”. She lectured at the Medical University, Faculty of Social Work, Kazan, Russia and at the University of Bologna, Departimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali, Bologna, Italy. As a visiting researcher, she visited University of Nevada, Reno, University of Las Vegas, Nevada and Link Campus University in Rome, Italy. In recent years, he has been working as a project manager. Since 2019, he has been performing the duties of vice-dean for scientific research work at SASS.
