1st-cycle undergraduate study: Organization Theory, Quality Management and Business Excellence, Human Resource Planning and Policy Development, Managing Organizations and Processes, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Management in Education.
Andrej Raspor has a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. He is a mechanical engineering technician. After graduating in Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Kranj, University of Maribor, then he continued his post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana and received his Ph.D. in 2010.
Relevant work experience in the field of training and consulting:
Out of total 36 years of work experience, he spent over 18 years working in various top positions, such as the head of general administration, director of human resources development, director of strategic projects, head of the expense supervision commission, and director of his own company. He is also an entrepreneur, the founder of several start-up companies, and a business consultant because he considers that it is necessary to constantly test academic work in practice. His personal mission is to link and exchanging good practices between the economy and the academic sphere. In this context, he has been active for the last 10 years. Moreover, he is the owner of the company CEATM ltd. with the vision is to connect the countries of the Western Balkans with China and Africa in terms of tourism, investment, and business consultancy.

He has conducted several bilateral projects (in terms of The Slovenian Research Agency) and takes part in Interreg Europe projects. He has also attended numerous international conferences and has published the outcomes of his research work in several scientific publications through the peer-review procedure. He is the author of several scientific and expert monographs and useful handbooks. He speaks Slovenian, English, and also Italian, and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian/Montenegrin language (Latin alphabet).
