Dr. Predrag Ljubotina is a university lecturer of economics and quantitative research methods in science. He received his doctorate in management from the University of Primorska. During his 30-year entrepreneurial career, he gained experience in a multicultural international environment where he successfully led development and sales teams and completed several business internationalisation projects. His primary area of research is the field of economic psychology, with an emphasis on interpersonal relationships in business environments. He devotes a particular focus to family businesses, the succession process and a wide range of related specifics. Recently, he has been actively participating in several international research projects, including a large-scale global survey of students’ career intentions. He is devoted to modern methods of quantitative research in science with an emphasis on data collection for psychological and sociological research. He covers the field of methodology in many research teams.
