He is an assistant professor of economics and statistics as well as an entrepreneur and manager with 35 years of experience. Throughout his entrepreneurial career, he gained experience in building family business and business development in multicultural environments. He was a co-owner and marketing director in his own start-up business, where he successfully carried out the process of business internationalization. His primary research work is in the area of economic psychology and interpersonal relations in business environments, with a particular focus on family businesses and specifics differentiating them from other companies. Recently, he was involved in a multinational project researching entrepreneurial aspirations and career intentions of young graduates through the spectrum of a family business.
