Predrag Ljubotina is an assistant professor of management and managerial economics. He is an entrepreneur and manager with 35 years of experience. He graduated on masters’ level from GEA College in Ljubljana and received his PhD in management in 2019 on the topic of family business succession. His main field of activity is business consulting with the focus on family business and SME’s management and individual’s career choice. Throughout his entrepreneurial career, he gained experience in entrepreneurial start-ups and business development in domestic as well as in multicultural environments. He successfully carried out the process of business internationalization in several companies.
His primary research work is in the area of economic psychology and interpersonal relations in business environments, with particular focus on family businesses and specifics differentiating them from other companies. Recently, he is involved in multinational project researching entrepreneurial aspirations and career intention of young graduates through the spectrum of family business.
