Curriculum Vitae:

Lea Ardani graduated in the field of economics with a specialization in the management of prestigious brands (Faculty of Management and Bosphorus University Istanbul), where she transferred the established strategies to the family business of the Italian brands Aran Cucine and Caffitaly System. She has a master’s degree in intercultural management with an emphasis on Voice Coaching (Faculty of Applied Social Studies). At the Faculty of Media, she received her doctorate in the field of strategic communication with a final thesis on the application of the psychological properties of the human voice, where she applied the program called “Voice Booster”. At the same time, she participates in the Jean Monnet Module – Media Literacy Module for Active EU Citizens. She acquired knowledge in the field of transactional analytical psychotherapy at the Insior Institute with the program “Effective Leadership Program – Transactional Analysis in Organizational Development”. She carried out international and local projects under the auspices of the governmental organization TSYDV in Turkey. Later, with the founding of the organization Axion Academy, she began participating in European Union programs and coaching in the Emirates and America.
