I have just completed my first Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), and I’m happy I took part. I joined mainly because the topic looked relevant to my studies and future work, and it turned out to be a great fit.
The lectures focused more on sustainability than I expected, and even though I came in thinking it would be more about leadership theory, I found myself really engaged. It confirmed that this is a direction I’d like to go in professionally.
Osijek surprised me. It’s not a place I would’ve picked for myself, but it was interesting to explore. I appreciated the history and cultural insights, especially learning more about the region’s past. And the local food definitely didn’t disappoint.
What stood out the most, though, were the people. The staff was welcoming and well-prepared, and I had the chance to connect with some really motivated students. The atmosphere was open and friendly, which made the experience even better.
All in all, I’m leaving with a clearer sense of direction and a positive impression of what this kind of exchange can offer.
