The Faculty of Applied Social Studies (FUDŠ) announces the Call for Student Tutors for the academic year 2024/2025! If you are ready to assist your peers in their academic progress, help them overcome challenges, and become an active member of the student community, this is a great opportunity for you. By becoming a tutor, you will not only contribute to improving the study experience of other students but also gain valuable experience, develop your competencies, and earn recognition in the form of ECTS credits.

Available Types of Tutoring:
- Introductory Student Tutor: Helping new students integrate into the university environment.
- Subject Tutor: Providing additional assistance in understanding and mastering course material.
- Tutor for Students with Special Needs: Assisting students with special needs in adjusting and integrating into the academic environment.
- Tutor for International Students: Helping international students overcome language and cultural barriers and integrate into student life.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any FUDŠ student, except first-year undergraduate students, can apply to become a tutor. Tutor responsibilities include conducting tutoring sessions, providing assistance to students, preparing annual reports, and attending training sessions.
Compensation:
Tutors are rewarded with up to 3 ECTS credits per academic year, either as elective content or professional practice. A student can earn a maximum of 6 ECTS credits at each level of study. Upon successful completion of tutoring duties, the faculty will issue a certificate, which will be included in the Diploma Supplement.
